TRANSFERS - FROM PORT BLAIR TO HAVELOCK

With regard to transfers, on arrival in Port Blair, you will be transferred by the afternoon ferry which departs at 1400 hours and arrives into Havelock at 1615 hrs. The return ferry from Havelock to Port Blair departs at 1400 and 1630 hrs. However, ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in schedule owing to the same, although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate back-up options in case you are stranded for (say) the first night at Port Blair, in lieu of accommodation at Havelock.

TRANSFERS :- CAR & BOAT

With regard to transfers from Port Blair Airport to Havelock and return in a non-air con vehicle and round trip ferry tickets,    the price is US$ 100 / Rs.3,600/- per couple (Nett). Please note that whereas we undertake to provide you with a place on the sailing, a fixed seat is sometimes not possible, and you may have to travel on deck.

Please note that you can transfer direct from Port Blair to Havelock on the Government-operated afternoon fast ferry when you arrive off your flight into Port Blair. However, none of the regular public ferries returning from Havelock to Port Blair connect with departing flights on the same day. So please provide for an extra 1-night stay in Port Blair and departing Port Blair the following morning.

Alternatively, you can opt for a different means of transport on your return from Havelock to Port Blair - by chartering our motor launch for US$ 380 / Rs.15,000/- one-way (Nett). Or if you are feeling intrepid, then take a long-tail boat for US$ 190 / Rs.7,500/- one-way (Nett). This way, you do not need the 1-night halt in Port Blair on the way back from Havelock.
